Stayed here for one night in February 2015, right across the road from the beach, but not must to do in the surrounding town. Small shop for essentials about 10 minutes walk. Good place to stop if travelling from Morocco to the Western Sahara and onto Boujdour. The town of Laayoune which is about 10km looked nice but we didn't get time to visit it on our stop. Toilets on site and you can empty your cassette only in the morning.
